Ordered the bag but didn’t came, the delivery service returned the bag. So contacted the seller, they were so helpful. They refunded it right away and I directly made a new order. The bag came in so quick, within 3 weeks. I LOVE the bag, good quality, right size, the chain is also heavy(not plastic) and the color is to die for. I might order the beige one cause the bag is that good. Thank you so much again for the swift reply and solving the tracking problem.
